Adding an Equipment Inspection

Click “Inspections Manager”

Click “Equipment Inspections”

Click here to Create an Equipment Inspection

Select the Equipment to be inspected

You can view all available templates for the selected equipment here and the next due date

Select a Template

Enter a Lot Serial # (optional)

Enter Acceptance Ratio (%) (Optional)

Click Create Inspection

Click “Timesheet”

Click “New Time Entry”

Click next

Click on the arrow key to add notes associated with this inspection (Optional).

Enter your “Notes” or press “Next” (Optional).

Click here to review and edit “Batch Records”.

Edit or modify your bill of materials (Optional).

Select a “Batch Number” (Optional).

Modify the quantity needed (Optional).

Select whether this part has been inspected (Optional).

Choose whether it is a part of a “Active Batch”.

Select the date of the activity inspection.

Enter Batch # to associate this Equipment Inspection to an ID number.

Search for activities by name or date
