Adding An Equipment Report

Click here to reveal the “Equipment” sub-menu.

Click here to enter the “Equipment Reports” module.
Step #3
Click here to create a “Equipment Report”.
Step #4
Select the “Equipment” being inspected.
Step #5
Select the “Report Template”.
Step #6
Enter a “Follow Up Date”.
Step #7
Fill out the report.
Step #8
Select whether the inspection “Passed” or “Failed”.
Step #9
Attach any related documentation (Optional).
Step #10
Add any additional notes (Optional).
Step #11
Click here to create your report.
Step #12
Click “Save” to save your report for later use or “Save & Finalize” if all fields have been completed.
Step #13
Mark your report as complete (Optional).
