Are there any hidden fees or additional costs?

What you see is what you pay for. You’re only charged for full users, production-level users (mid-level users), and any add-ons like inventory or inventory cost management. Unless you require a highly technical custom integration or specific product feature development, the pricing shown here is exactly what you’ll be billed.

Do you offer a free trial?

Yes, we offer a 30-day free trial for all our subscriptions.  During the trial, you will have access to all features included in the plan you select.

Do you offer any special discounts?

Yes, we offer discounts based on the number of users, commitment duration, and enterprise-level agreements.

  • User Volume Discounts: As the number of full users increases, the cost per user decreases. For example, with 4 full users, the price per user for annual contracts drops from $159/month to $124/month. When you reach 30+ users, it further reduces to $100/month. Please note we have many slabs in between too.
  • Commitment Duration Discounts: Switching from a monthly to an annual contract lowers the cost per user from $199/month to $159/month—a significant 20% discount. You can also combine this with the volume-based discount for even greater savings.
  • Enterprise Discounts: For enterprises with a large number of full users, we offer a flat fee with a substantial discount. For more details, please reach out to our sales team.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Push Payment. Additionally, we offer other payment options depending on the country. For more details, please contact our sales team.

How many training hours will I need?

Our average client needs 2 training hours to use Isolocity with confidence, or 20 minutes per module. Training hours are still free and unlimited so you can learn at your own pace.

What is a “Full User” vs. a “Production User”?

A full user is one of the three entities with broader access to all system parts. This includes the admin, manager, and user. The production user has access that is limited to producing your product or service. The employee user access is limited to what is required of employees across the business for compliance and is free and unlimited.

Do you have a month-to-month payment plan?

We offer a wide range of pricing plans, including a monthly contract. However, a yearly contract will be more affordable.

Do you have a knowledge base where I can learn independently?

Yes. We have an extensive knowledge base where we discuss everything related to our software and the process of building that software.

What is the difference between "Inventory" and "Inventory Cost"?

Inventory: Easily track any movement and inventory of product through electronic batch records. Isolocity will track the history of all batch numbers and what reports it is associated with.

Inventory Cost: Easily track any inventory and cost of product quality through electronic batch records. Isolocity will track the history of all batch numbers and what reports it is associated with.

Can I change my billing plan?

Yes, you can upgrade, downgrade or change your billing plan at any time.  The changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. 

Can I get an invoice for my payments?

Yes, invoices are automatically generated and sent to your registered email after each payment.  You can also download your invoices.
